GRE^® Requirements for Programs in PTCAS

Early Decision candidates in PTCAS must take the GRE^® and request scores to be sent by no later than July 31.

USE GRE^® CODES FOR PT PROGRAMS: You MUST send your official GRE^® scores to the correct code for EVERY PT program you will apply to . If you don't send your scores to the right code, the program cannot receive your scores and will consider your file incomplete.

Programs with PTCAS GRE^® codes chose to have ETS send scores (1) only to PTCAS or (2) to PTCAS and the institution. ETS will automatically send official GRE^® scores to the right place based on the code entered. There is no "extra" step to have your official scores sent to PTCAS.

Programs with "UNIVERSITY" GRE^®codes prefer to have official scores come directly to the institution. PTCAS will NOT receive official GRE^® scores for these codes.

Programs with "DEPARTMENT" GRE^® codes require applicants to submit official scores using this code in addition to the UNIVERSITY GRE^® code. They cannot be used alone. PTCAS will NOT receive official GRE^® scores for these codes.
